£450 - £560 per day
6 month Contract
A leading Insurance business based in the heart of the City, is looking for a Change Manager to come in and work on an exciting operational excellence programme.
You will be responsible for managing the conversion of high-level business requirements, detailing functional specifications/project plans. Understanding the businesses long term goals/objectives and developing these implementation methods, evaluating each projects progression though the agreed plans and strategy.
The Ideal candidate will have experience working on large organisational transformations, specifically across people movement.
You must have the ability to work with senior stakeholders and sponsors across the project and to have the ability to negotiates resource requirements and manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures, and monitors and approves all budgeted project expenditures. You need to have the ability to lead cross function teams and serve as the recognised expert across the project.
be flexible and be able to Produce weekly cash balance reports and other management information and be able to produce instructional documentation to guide others in replicating tasks.
Key Skills:
* MUST London Market Insurance experience
* Strong change manager experience
* Strong stakeholder/sponsor management skills
* Ability to work on multiple projects across a large programme
* MUST have worked on Large organisation transformations - specifically people movement
