Group IT Manager Slough Thames Valley £110kHuxley Engineering and a Global Manufacturing Company are looking to recruit a Group IT Manager for their Head Quarters (Central Function), based near Slough, owing to support significant investment to increase both production capacity & capability in the UK, Europe & USA. Reporting into the COO, the Group IT Manager role will be working with both internal & external stakeholders (from C-Level down) to develop and deliver IT Systems, Strategy & Operations that reflects the business needs of a Major Chemical Production Company to achieve its business objectives by advanced analytics in areas of focus such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES / M.E.S). Specifically, this Global Manufacturing Company are looking to recruit a degree-educated Group IT Manager with the following qualifications, skills & experience:Previous IT Management / Group IT Management / IT Leadership within an Industrial Process, Production or Manufacturing environment (delivering both IT Strategy & running IT Operation).Experience in devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support strategy implementationPrevious experience of LEAN Team Management and of managing 3rd Party Vendors (RE IT Support, Service Delivery)Previous Budgetary experience (Capex & Opex) across multiple sites.Previous experience of full end-to-end delivery of Manufacturing Executive Systems (MES) from Requirements Capture, FDS & Design to Implementation & Commissioning (including relevant pillars such as Maintenance, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Quality)Project & Programme Management experience in a LEAN Manufacturing / Production / Industrial Process / Industrial Automation environment, effectively developing and managing stakeholder and supplier management.Experience and sound knowledge of batch process control / Automation standardsSound knowledge and understanding Data Analysis, Architecture, & Architecture as well as BI / Business Intelligence Tools For the successful Group IT Manager, a salary up to £110k + Benefits is on offer and this Group IT Manager role, though based in Slough is accessible from London, Leatherhead, St Albans, High Wycombe, Woking, Bracknell, Reading, Maidenhead, Watford, Guildford, Thames Valley, Chiswick.
