User Researcher - SC Cleared - Remote

Working to Government Digital Service standards an experienced User Researcher is required.

Candidates will have detailed and hands on experience of GDS practices particularly in the discovery and alpha phases. Able to fully participate in Agile teams. Creating where appropriate research plans, discussion guides, facilitate usability testing data analysis & recommendations.

Activities will include:

-Defining new user stories that capture both the user and technical needs

-Validating existing user stories

-Gather user needs

-Provide user research support on planning and execution of delivery works

-Prove concepts through proof of concepts (POCs) and testing against user stories

-Work on plan and preparation for the next stage

This will be on a 3 month contract initially and will be based remotely.
