E-Commerce Manager Our client, a Management Consultancy, is looking for a fantastic E-Commerce Manager to join their ever-growing Marketing & Commerce team in the beautiful city of Brussels. The Role: As an E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for the e-commerce projects, being part of the designing and implementation teams, providing the clients with the best e-commerce solutions with considerable impact in their businesses. You will be working alongside an expert team motivated to provide their clients with the best solution to their businesses. You will be a great addition to the team if you can: Support the clients in every stage of the e-commerce processes, delivering impactful e-commerce transformation projects focusing on commercial strategies, value proposition and concept definition, business modelling and technology implementation.Keep track on the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including commerce portal launches, re-platforming implementation projects and optimising their clients' commercial impact.Be accountable for developing and managing relationships with the business and IT client stakeholders on ongoing and future projects. Responsible for delivering the highest quality, agile methodology and process enhancements to their clients and ensure all projects are delivered on time and budget.Provide digital business development projects in the sales/presales phase to grow and develop their Marketing & Commerce practice. Liaise with the team working towards the required KPI's. Supporting the allocation and coordination of internal resources to meet the objectives of the clients and projects. Keep up with the fast-paced rhythm and the clients' deadlines.Build a true transparent relationship with the clients.Be the solution-maker and the proactive creative partner, always aiming for nothing less but the best.Always keep yourself updated on the technology and implement the necessary improvements in the processes. You also have:6+ years of experience in the field of consulting. Experience working in an agency environment is a plus. Fluency in English and French or Dutch is mandatory.Considerable experience with project delivery experience in complex e-commerce or platform transformations.Experience in e-commerce technology deployment and go to market approaches. Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP hybris Commerce, or Adobe Magento is a plus.Consolidated knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and other methodologies such as Waterfall.
