HR Project Manager

Outside IR35 (2 Days per week)

We are currently working with a leading financial services client to recruit a HR Project Manager to support a Workplace Transformation programme on a 2 day per week outside IR35 contract.

We are looking for a proven Business Project Manager with experience working on workplace strategy / workplace transformation projects. Extensive experience working closely with HR & Operational stakeholders is required.

Essential Skills:

* Core Business Change Project Manager (Mix of Agile & Waterfall)

* Extensive experience in stakeholder management with HR & Ops

* Ability to support with end user deployment & comms activity

* Consistent long term contracts and/or extensions

The role is initially available on an 6 month contract. The role is completely remote for the duration of the contract and available on a part time (2 days per week) basis - please only apply if you are happy to work part time.

The role will fall outside IR35 and my clients desired rate is in the region of £400- £500per day. Please only apply if you meet all of the essential skills listed above.
