In this role you will lead and mentor the engineering team across a large site, responsible for output efficiency and manufacturing performance. You will be tasked with a complete process overhaul, introducing preventative measures and managing change.

The role:

- Management of a growing engineering/manufacturing facility

- Interact at board level and present operational improvements

- Full autonomy over Engineering function of the business- Introduce proactive maintenance processes and monitor change managementThe person:

- Previous experience as an Engineering manager

- Manufacturing experience- Previously managed a re-structure/implementation of new processes
