Are you a Service Manager with after-sales support experience, looking for an interesting and varied role where you will play a pivotal role in the success of the business?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join this successful and expanding company, your role will see you carry out meetings with the company's Engineers across the UK, as well as meeting with customers to ensure the highest levels of service are being delivered.

The company are a manufacturer of specialist machinery which is sold across the UK, and due to the continued acquisition and retention of a number of high-value contracts, they have created a brand new role to cater for the increased demand for their services.

This position would suit a Service Manager with after-sales support experience, looking for a national role where they can grow and develop a team.

The Role:

• Meeting with Service Engineers across the country
• Meeting with customers to ensure highest levels of service are being maintained
• Working MD to develop growth plan for the service department

The Candidate:

• Previous experience managing a service department
• Experience with after-sales support and meeting with customers
• Strong relationship building skills
