Salesforce/Mulesoft Integration Specialist A Platinum Salesforce Partner are looking for an experienced Technical Lead developer to join their fast-paced and established Salesforce/MuleSoft team. The successful candidate will hit the ground running, bringing their knowledge, experience and great teamwork ethos to support them in delivering more exceptional projects for their Customers. Responsibilities include Mentoring our young team, instilling best practice and imparting your knowledge and experienceCoaching our team to be delivering to maximum value and efficiency for the benefits of our customersSupporting our pre-sales team in the scoping of new business opportunities using MuleSoft Essential Skills Must Have:3 + years' integration experience in a development roleMule Dev & Mule Architect Certified (or equal experience)Expertise in working in an Agile development environmentLead experience of SCRUM development teamsEnterprise integration delivery experience on other non-Mulesoft platformsDeep real-world Force.com integration deliveries experience of enterprise software systems using industry standard environments such as HTTP/HTTPS, JSON/XML, RESTful/SOAP Webservices, Java, C++, and ASPGIT and Continuous Integration experienceBachelor's Degree in a STEM subject preferred Desired:Wider Salesforce qualifications - e.g. Salesforce Platform Developer I & II CertificationExperience cross a range of Salesforce Clouds (e.g. Sales, Service, Marketing)Wider Salesforce technical experience writing well-documented code in Visualforce, Apex, Triggers, LightningBackground in people developmentA presence within the wider Salesforce ecosystem (e.g. user groups, etc) Business Skills Communication - Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor your communication to senior leadership, junior staff and customersMotivate and champion - Ability to motivate, develop and champion a teamAdaptable - excellent ability to adopt a flexible work style in changing circumstances and shift priorities when necessaryStrong analytical skills - strong ability to collect and analyse information
