Research and Development Engineer (Electronics) Maldon, Essex £45,000 - £50,000 + Technical Development + Pension + Holidays An exciting opportunity for an Electronics Engineer to join a well-known manufacturer and equipment supplier, offering the chance to work on exciting products and to develop technically. Are you degree qualified in Electronics engineering? Do you have experience with embedded software and hardware development? This company is a world leader in their field. They are a well-established equipment supplier and have seen an increase in demand of their product during the COVID period. Due to this increase in demand and continued expansion they require an Electronics Engineer to join their dedicated R&D team. In this role you will play a part in the full product development through design, test, and validation, making improvements to both quality and production. You will also be responsible for keeping up to date with market research, product demand and warranty changes. This will be a multi-faceted role where you will be hands on designing and testing, fixing, adjusting, and making improvements for production. The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in Electronics Engineering, with knowledge and experience working on software and hardware development, looking to take the next step in their career and develop technically. The role:

• Product research and development
• Fix, adjust and improve quality and production
• Market research, demand for product and changes in warranty

The person:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electronics Engineering
• Experience of electronic product development
• Knowledge of PCB and coding
• Experience of hardware and embedded software
