Technical Business Analyst / BA (API TDD) *Remote Interview WfH* Do you have a sharp technical skillset and a business-driven mindset?

The industry-leading Fintech is seeking a stand-out Agile advocate with a wealth of core banking experience to join their dynamic team.

They have created a cutting-edge, data centric, SaaS Cloud based banking platform that is set to shake the foundations of the banking industry and provide a next-generation experience for their clients.

As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll act as a key technical pivot. From evangelising refinement, to facilitating SME discussions and collaborating with software engineering teams business-wide, this is a high-visibility, high-impact role.

You'll work closely with multiple feature teams where you'll complete detailed analysis on assigned journeys, features and epics, to translate them into meaningful stories with acceptance criteria, to positively shape the product roadmap. You'll have a specific focus on the API-driven core banking platform that operates in a microservices environment.

*Please note: this company can offer a remote interview, onboarding and 100% work from home during the current social distancing measures, likely until Spring 2021 with 2 - 3 days a week working from home thereafter.*

Requirements:

You have advanced Business Analysis skills with experience of Agile delivery using Scrum or SAFe

You have experience of working on a core banking technology platform

You have strong technical knowledge of RESTful APIs, with a good understanding of microservices

You have experience working closely with software developers and UX designers, translating wireframes into user stories

You have experience with Confluence and JIRA

You have advanced experience with requirements gathering, writing epics and user stories with acceptance criteria (using TDD / BDD)

You're a self-assured communicator who excels when working collaboratively
