ServiceNow Developer / Technical Consultant

Providing ServiceNow expertise and guidance on the overall architectural design of the platform.

The role will involve:

-Delivery of backlog functionality enhancements

-Replacement of the current DMR process with Demand Management

-Demonstrations of development to solicit feedback/maintain engagement/visibility

-Portal enhancements to improve user experience and accessibility

-Technical documentation as required to support above functionality

This will be on a 9 month contract (outside IR35) and will be based remotely for the foreseeable.
