We are currently on the look out for a 'Business Analyst' to join an established financial services company based around the Swansea region. This opportunity is a fantastic option for someone with experience within business analysis, project management and IT/software exposure.

The day to day responsibilities of the Business Analyst will include: Being an advocate for change in the business by challenging stakeholders effectively and efficiently to implement outcomes that are being sought.Stakeholder management including communication, requirement gathering, technology bridge to non-technical members of the business and responsible for building relationships with those teams.Understanding the business is essential as is the outcomes and shaping these business needs is essential, therefore through positive functional requirements being properly defined.Designing and implementing business solutions.Write up of formal specifications and communicating the functional requirements through different parts of the business.

Skills our Business Analyst Need: A strong exposure and understanding of project management principles, tools and techniques. Able to demonstrate so.Core skills in Business Analysis and able to provide evidence of so, formal training is also extremely appealing.Experience on working with projects and/or programmes on a large scale in the IT arena/software implementation arena and process solutions.Experience in 1 or more methodologies of software delivery. For example, Agile.Facilitating workshops, presentation skills & communication skills to be excellent.
