SOC Lead - Security Operations Centre Lead/Manager - Birmingham or Remote CISSM, CISSP, SPLUNK, SIEM, Management, Leadership, Forensics, PEN Test, Symantec DLP, Tenable, Palo Alto, Microsoft E5 My client is a leading Multi-national Legal Firm seeking an experienced Security Operations Lead to join their growing Information Security Operations Team. Reporting into the Head of Information Security you will be responsible for the day to day management of 3 SOC Analyst with piers at an IT Risk Lead, Security Architecture, and Governance and Risk compliance level.With this being a relatively new function, you will have the opportunity to really make your mark and really help to educate and develop an immature SOC within a multinational environment. Management/Leadership experience is key to this role are you will manage and coach the team of SOC analysts as well as manage the MSSP (Managed Security Services Provider). You will also take ownership for triaging high priority incidents, venerability assessments, DLP, IDP, and PEN testing within a SPLUNK SIEM.Birmingham is the home office for this position, where you will be expected to be in the office around 2 days a week.
