Production Manager

Commutable from North Birmingham, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Stourbridge

£40,000 - £50,000 + Work on a major projects + 33 Days Annual Leave

Are you an experienced Production Manager who is looking to join a rapidly expanding rail specialist that has recently received a Billion Pound investment to grow their current projects, where you will implement, manage and improve new and exciting rail lines?

On offer is a great opportunity where you will be the lead advocate for change within the engineering team. You will be joining the project at the start and the implementing the process that will shape the business moving forward. Experience managing an Agile or Lean environment would be very advantageous but ideally my client is looking for someone can manage people.

The company is going through a massive growth stage and will look to double in size over the next year, by joining now you will have the chance to progress with the business, and become a key stakeholder for the company.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Production Manager from a Rail or Manufacturing background who wants to join a rapidly expanding company and utilize your Agile and Lean skillset.
