The RolePurpose of the role is to manage Oracle Cloud (SaaS and PaaS) implementation team, working across technology towers and PMO office to develop a cohesive plan for management of the technical aspects of the project, align to project budget and timeline constrains.The role will have indirect responsibility managing external SI team(s) and communication to internal stakeholder community of global PMO, platform owners and enterprise architects. ResponsibilitiesLead cross-country teams to achieve business-critical goals are meet for the project while ensuring Oracle security/compliance standards are met.Manage complex technical development of the multi-phase, multi-country projects from Initiation start to completion, including hand-off to support.Use good judgement to achieve project goals and escalate quickly to ensure that project roadblocks are mitigated effectively.Use your skill-set and expertise in project management including organising cross-team activities, risk anticipation and mitigation management.Track progress and communicate status in a way that is easy to understand for stakeholders and team members.Communicate the costs and benefits of various projects as part of prioritising workload.Work with the larger PMO team to identify areas of opportunity in the organisation, and then implementing projects to improve internal efficiency.
