Excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Contracts Manager with pipework experience to take on a challenging and well paid 12 month fixed-term contract role working on a brand new project in the Plymouth area.

On offer is the chance to work for a well-renowned contractor offering an autonomous role with good pay on a great 12 month project.

This company are a specialist M&E contractor, working on a number of challenging and exciting projects throughout the South West. Have just one a large new tender, they now require a Contracts Manager to take the lead on a great year long project.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Contracts Manager role or similar, with proven knowledge of pipework and mechanical installations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a challenging 12-month contract across the Plymouth area working for a growing contractor offering a great annual salary.

The role:Coordinate and supervise site staff and sub-contractorsLiaise with client to ensure project completionSite surveys, material procurement and costingManagement of project from inception to completionThe person:Previous experience in a Contracts manager role or similarPipework knowledge (Variety of materials)Mechanical installation projects
