An excellent opportunity for a Production Engineer looking for training and development opportunities for an established international market leader who also offer progression into senior roles.Do you have continuous improvements experience working in a manufacturing environment? Are you looking to work in a highly technical environment for a company who truly look after their staff through training and development?This company are a well-established manufacturer of a range of electronic and optical fiber products that serve into a variety of industries around the globe. They are currently rapidly expanding and are looking to add to their highly skilled and specialist team.In this role you will be working as a Production Engineer where you will be looking to assess and improve all aspects of the company's manufacturing operations. You will be introducing and maintaining continuous improvements into the business to maximise output and further refine their processes. This is a new role where you will receive training on their highly technical products and processes as well as being able to make this role your own.
