ERP ConsultantOur client, a Business Management Solutions provider, is looking for a resolute ERP Consultant to join their team in the stunning city of Brussels. The Role:As an ERP Consultant you will be clients supporter making sure that the ERP Software is implemented and managed in the most optimal mode and accordingly with the client's requirements. You will be a great addition to the team if you are able to:Collecting clients while attending to a diversity of functions such as interviews and workshops. Assisting also the pre-sales.Developing and improve the business processes, putting to good use your strong reporting skills.Work alongside with the development team.Leading process reviews and discuss the software configuration with the clients. Making sure that the selected solutions meet the clients expectations.Delivering all the required documentation for the project such as manuals, customer data, issue logs and the solutions to be implementedTrain the key-users after the software implementation.Building a trustworthy and solid relationship with the clients.Providing information and support to the clients via presentations and demonstrations. You also have:Extensive experience within the ERP sector.Solution-maker and technical mind-set combined with a multitasking ability.Flexibility to travel and meet the most wonderful clients.Strong presentation and communication skills.Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory.
