 Programme Manager - AutomotiveOur client have an exciting opportunity for a Programme Manager with a background in the Autmotive industry to join on a permanent basis. Likely starting in early 2021 this role will be to help deliver a programme of ‘Digitalisation of Marketing Operations' at a global level. Helping to improve efficiency, speed, cost and effectiveness of the marketing process for a leading automotive brand. Role responsibilities:

'€¢Developing a detailed programme plan taking into account the full project scope, all workstreams, and the key stakeholders and departments within the client and other third-party agencies that would need to be involved'€¢Developing and managing project scope.  Assessing client requests and prioritising in line with project goals and budgets'€¢Working with senior clients and key stakeholders across the marketing and associated departments/partners, such as IT and Adobe.'€¢Managing expectations of clients and project stakeholders/sponsors at multi-levels including C/board level. '€¢Taking ownership for driving delivery through and being client facing whilst building a level of respect and trust with your clients.'€¢Coordinating the response and participation of Omnicom agencies, building effective partnerships with programme managers in these businesses, setting goals and using influence to deliver an integrated programme.'€¢Managing programme delivery, working in sprints to enable continuous delivery against roadmap.  This will involve the coordination of many teams.'€¢Managing of budgets and resources needed to deliver the programme against the vision'€¢Work with a transformation manager to ensure transformation and programme plan are aligned'€¢Organising the internal team to ensure timings are being hit and key meetings are in place'€¢We need a strong candidate that will own and organise this programme of change.  The candidate needs to have experience in managing across senior clients, multiple stakeholders, agencies and departments.'€¢Experience of programme management of senior client teams, in global organisations, overseeing technical and change management programmes is also required.'€¢They will need to have strong project management and account management experience as well as a knowledge of Adobe technology platforms.

Skills required:

'€¢You'll be someone who's able to negotiate, coach, present and troubleshoot all the way through a project.'€¢You should be agile and able to think on your feet - multi-tasking will come naturally, and you'll have your finger on the pulse continually across all projects.'€¢Must have a positive and client facing attitude'€¢Experience within the automotive sector would also be beneficial'€¢Prince2 and/or SCRUM certification beneficial
