Network and ServiceDesk Analyst

40 hours per week, 8.00 to 17.00, Monday to Friday, subject to departmental shift patterns (evening and weekend work will sometimes be necessary.)

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Network and ServiceDesk Analyst to join the Digital Solutions department. Working under the Network and ServiceDesk Manager but with a high degree of autonomy, this is an opportunity to deliver vital Information Technology provision, both on and offsite, whilst playing a key role in the implementation of new and ever-expanding facilities and services.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to develop and hone their skills in a working environment that provides exceptional exposure to a wide range of different technologies.

You will be a dedicated, experienced and self-motivated individual, committed to delivering an outstanding service. You will be good at implementing and troubleshooting to a 2^nd/3^rd line support level, with the ability to demonstrate good technical oversight, take ownership of responsibilities and evidence effective communication skills.

You will have strong experience of supporting and administering at least two of the following technologies (technologies in bold preferred):

Microsoft 365 / Azure Active Directory

Network Switches (Meraki)

SCCM 2016

WLAN (Ruckus/Meraki)

Endpoint Manager / Intune

Active Directory/Group Policy

Microsoft RDS

MDM (iOS, Android, Windows)

Backup Systems (Veeam)

VMware ESX (5.5/6) / Hyper-V

Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 R2/2016
