Big Data Architect - SC Cleared

A Big Data Architect is required for a client based in Surrey. Working to lead a team developing leading edge and bespoke technologies within an Agile project delivery environment.

Skills required:

-Experience of big data technologies such as Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark and YARN or other Big Data technologies.

- Solution Architecture experience as well as experience of working as a technical lead within a development team.

- Experience of designing SQL databases.

-The ability to write technical documentation such as SADs, LLDs, HLDs.

-Knowledge of automation/configuration management (i.e. Ansible).

Knowledge of a wide variety of open source technologies including but not limited to; Accumulo, HDFS, Hive, Oozie, Apache Spark, YARN, Zookeeper, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Kafka, NiFi, Kubernetes, Java, Docker, Elasticsearch,

The initial contract will run to the end of March and is based on site in Leatherhead. For the application please submit an updated copy of your CV.
