Junior Test Analyst - SQL / API / Automation

West Yorkshire

Up to £25000 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Test Analyst to join a growing product and software business who are looking to expand their Test team from 5 to 7 people.

You will ideally have 6-24 months experience within testing or have recently graduated with some experience in a testing / software role during your degree. The role will work within a wider software development team supporting testing on a range of software products.

The business is currently implementing automated testing, you will therefore be trained on automation and developed as an automation tester.

Desirable Knowledge (any exposure around some of the below is beneficial)

* Experience working within Agile development methodology

* Requirements / User Story analysis

* Test case creation and execution

* Defect Management

* Collaboration with development teams

* SQL Server experience

* API Testing

* Understanding of Test Automation principles

* Knowledge of web technologies and web development

* ISTQB / ISEB Foundation

The offices are based just south of Wakefield with free parking, being able to drive is hugely advantageous as it is not easily accessible via public transport.
