*Remote position*

- Develop the strategy and approach for live service support across the vaccination programme systems

- Develop and execute a plan to ensure service support is in place from go-live

- Develop and agree SLAs for service support with suppliers

- Ensure service introduction activities are included and planned within the projects

- Develop service acceptance criteria to ensure that systems meet the operational support, performance and quality requirements
