Lead Salesforce Developer - Remote - £75,000 An End User based in Scotland are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join their team and play a key role in ensuring the potential of the Salesforce platform is maximised across the business through continuous development. The Company-Opportunity to get stuck in and take ownership of the platform and be pivotal in its future strategy-Mostly remote with travel to the Glasgow office 1-2 days a fortnight-Competitive salary Key Responsibilities-Designing, developing and delivering technical solutions, emphasising quality, automation and continuous integration

-Guiding the Development team to ensure high quality deliverables and effectively fixing bugs and other potential issues

-Conveying information and collaborating with stakeholders with ease

-Growing and leading the Salesforce team Key Requirements-Extensive experience developing with Salesforce (Apex, VisualForce, LWC)

-Expert Configuration experience

-Experience with Agile environments

-Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively build and maintain productive relationships across the business
