As a result of continued success and an ongoing programme of growth, they are now seeking to recruit an articulate, enthusiastic and experienced Contracts Manager to complement their highly professional team.In this role the successful candidate will be tasked with a range of project management and procurement activities. They will help manage both mechanical and electrical projects from cradle to grave as well as manage suppliers and sub-contractors both on and off site. You will also be required to financial manage projects to ensure on time-within budget successful project delivery. You will also be heavily involved in tendering.The ideal candidate will have project engineering background with both mechanical and electrical experience.This is a brilliant role for an experienced engineer with a mechanical and electrical background to join a leading company where you will play a key part in this company's growth and development.The role:*Project Management of both mechanical and electrical projects

*Financial management of the project budget and accountability for the project deliverables

*Management of suppliers and sub-contractors on and off site

*Develop and maintain project installation programme using EXCEL or MS Project

*Preparation of internal monthly project reports/ maintain a site diary.

*Site commissioning and client sign off and all necessary documentation

*This role will involve tendering.The person:*Mechanical and electrical engineering background.

*Experience managing projects from cradle to grave

*Minimum of 3 years' experience in a project engineering role.

*Experience working on pipework and panel installations

*Experience doing contract installations

*Candidates must have experience in tendering
