We are looking for a Team Leader specialising in recruitment to work in our London office.

We specialise in recruiting for niche technologies over our 7 brands.As a Team Leader you will organise, coach, and motivate your team of consultants to achieve their required targets. You will also lead by example by hitting sales targets yourself.We have already experienced the demand for our services grow significantly as more of our specialist technologies are embraced by large businesses. This ensures we can continue to enjoy gradual expansion in the future, as we bring more skilled professionals into the business.

What we require from Team Leaders:

A minimum of 3 years experience in a 360 sales or recruitment environment.Great sales skills. You are required to consistently complete a minimum of 2 individual placements per month.A good working knowledge of the recruitment sector and its associated resources, such as candidate/client databases, job boards, and LinkedIn.Attendance of networking and industry events to improve product knowledge and build contacts.Natural leadership qualities to spearhead a successful sales teamThe ability to coach but also have a great attitude towards learningTeam Leaders are empowered to set targets that will challenge and motivate team members. You are also expected to form an action plan if individuals perform below the standards you set with skills development always being the underlying priority.Frank Recruitment Group always looks to promote from within, which is why we consider comprehensive training so important.
