Lead DevOps Engineer (CI/CD PowerShell Azure C#) Are you a process-driven, accomplished DevOps Engineer looking for an opportunity to carve a successful career in a multi award-winning FinTech?

As a Lead DevOps Engineer you'll join a small, highly collaborative team, where you'll take ownership of proactively supporting and optimising the infrastructure of the organisation's cutting edge core platform. It is an exciting time to join, as they have recently joined forces with an industry-leading retail bank who are embarking on an ambitious growth initiative with a key focus on scalability.

You'll work with key stakeholders both in and out of the business throughout the project development lifecycle, nurturing the development of an automation-focused mindset to optimise scalability and growth. You'll help to bridge key technical gaps, ensuring all infrastructure support solutions align with business objectives, calling upon your commercial industry experience you'll track success against the product roadmap, assessing market conditions, trends and competitors to ensure the platform remains at the forefront of the industry.

*Please note: the company is able to offer a remote interview and onboarding process during the current social distancing measures. They are currently working from home, and expect a gradual return to office by Spring 2021, with some continued flexible work opportunities going forwards*

Requirements:

You have a proven track record of success as a DevOps Engineer within an Agile, consumer-oriented environment

You have significant experience in building CI/CD pipelines using automation tools; Azure DevOps, Octopus, Git

You have experience working with Microsoft technologies; e.g. C# ASP.Net, Redis

You have strong PowerShell scripting skills (plus Terraform)

You have Cloud experience, Azure preferred

You have containerisation principles and frameworks experience; Docker, Kubernetes

You're a confident, self-assured communicator who has experience influencing key internal and external stakeholders

You're a genuinely passionate technologist who is motivated by working with leading technology solutions
