Excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to join a hugely expanding company who have thrived through the COVID pandemic and are now looking to kick on with their exciting growth plans.

Well established, this company specialize in the remediation and refurbishment of specialist commercial equipment. They have gone from strength to strength despite the lockdown and are now looking for an ambitious, driven Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

This role will be largely office based dealing with clients and involved in the preparation and submission of valuations, claims and final accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity to put your own stamp on the role and grow the Surveying department and the company are committed to their individuals progressing their careers.

This ideal candidate will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their career.

The role:

* Quantity Surveyor

* Office based dealing with clients

* Preparation and submission of valuations, claims and final accounts

* Chance to put your own stamp on the role - grow a team

The person:

* Must be a Quantity Surveyor - ideally degree qualified however not essential

* Must live within a 1-hour commute of Colchester
