Senior Web Developer Remote / Bracknell to £95k

Senior Web Developer (JavaScript React Full Stack API) *Remote WfH*. Are you an experienced Web Developer seeking a role where you can make a real impact whilst remaining hands-on? You could be joining a fast growing Cyber Security company in a senior role where you can influence the technical choices and direction on a leading edge security product that provides a new way to eliminate the threat of malware that prevents it from ever reaching a user's machine.

As a Senior Web Developer at this rapidly growing Cyber Security software house you'll be working on new features and functionality for the core product, designing, developing and implementing runtime components, tools and utilities for cloud based systems with a focus on front end development. You'll be working closely with one other and UI/UX designers to deliver frontend for the global platform.

The stack is comprised of C++ on Linux using technologies such as Node.js, Ruby, Python and modern Angular / React using the latest deployment and runtime models leveraging AWS, Containers, data stores such as Redis and logging via Druid.

This Front End Developer role presents an excellent opportunity to join a successful company, the founders have a track record of success and aggressive expansion plans into Europe, they're already experiencing great success in the US.

The company is able to offer a fully remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work anywhere in the UK remotely, with the caveat that you'll visit the office in Bracknell once a month to meet with the team (following the end of social distancing measures).

Requirements:

Strong software / web engineering experience in modern development environments

Strong Vanilla JavaScript skills coupled with frameworks such as Angular 2+ and React

Experience with complex APIs

Thorough understanding of Computing fundamentals and Object Orientated Programming

Ideally you will have experience including some or all of the following: Python, Node.js, HTTP, SSL, HTML5, CSS

Advanced analytical and problem solving abilities

Excellent communication skills

Degree educated, Computer Science preferred
