My Public sector client are currently on the search for a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Analyst as the undergo a huge digital transformation project starting in November. This is a very exciting time to join the organisation as they gear up toward developing a whole new department centred around this project, with you being at the forefront.

As the Functional Analyst you will be engaging with the design and implementation of services within the system, targeting a positive impact on customers and colleagues alike bringing a huge sense of value to the role.

Role & Responsibilities

• Analysing business and system requirements, mapping out processes, gap-fit analysis, running functional workshops
• Working closely with functional and technical teams to push through appropriate system changes and enhancements
• Managing stakeholders at all levels to ensure project success and system change compliance

Skills & Qualifications

• A proven track record implementing/ improving Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM systems
• End to end project life cycle skills, with particular strengths in analysis, requirement gathering and process mapping
• Strong analytical skills, with a broad business appreciation (financial understanding preferable)
• MS Azure understanding (preferable, not essential)
• Confident communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
