Excellent role on offer for a Mechanic looking to join a well-respected company where you will supervise a tight-knit team whilst working in a supportive, fun environment where you will be well looked after. Do you have experience of working on engines? Do you have experience leading or supervising a team inside or outside of engineering? With an excellent reputation this award winning company have recently invested into their site and are now looking to recruit a Senior Mechanic to help oversee their team of motorsport Mechanics. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that the company's on-site vehicle fleet and engineering facilities are repaired and maintained to a high standard. While pitching in hands-on you will also have a role in motivating and developing the staff under you. You will work on a rota basis to cover weekends and evening work. This exciting role would ideally suit a Mechanic with experience of supervising or mentoring staff, who has an interest in Motorsport.
