For this reason, we are looking for a talented professional, who is willing to be a part of this project.German is a mustPlease apply only if you fulfil all of the requirements and send the Template filled correctly back.As the position is in Switzerland (not EU) we are only able to work with people who have a European / British passport OR already a Swiss working permit.Only Payroll possible; not able to invoice via companies / limitedGeneral Information:Start date: 01.01.2021Duration: 31.12.2021Extension: possibleWorkload: 100%Work location: Zürich area Tasks & Responsibilities Supports the program lead in the execution of his management tasksSupports the program lead in the setup of new projects in terms of methodology and governanceActively participates as a PMO member in the FTR related management meetingsProvides slides for different presentation groups (e.g. Steering Committees, line management, senior management, Transformation Committee etc.)Manages the stream leader meeting of the programResponsible for the consolidation of the planning and roadmaps of the streamsSupports the budget process of the streams and the programmeCoordinates the overall financial controlling of the program (ensures timelines and correctness)Keeps track of the program risk management with the program managerTracks open items of the program management teamManages the demand management (staffing) for the program leadManages the administration of the external contracts for the programVerifies and administers the external invoicesKeeps track and documents the new requirements together with the responsible stream leadsMaintains the on-boarding package for new hires in the programCoordinates and manages the program SharePoint and the intranet siteCoordinates the internal communication for the program with the Change Execution teamSupports the Stakeholder ManagementTechnical Skills Strong PMO / project management skillsExperience in PMO (min 5 years as senior program PMO)Strong organizational skillsKnowledge of project management tools (e.g. WBS, status reporting, progress tracking, budget/actual management, risk assessment etc.)Strong presentation design skillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Tool SuiteExperience in Finance Transformation programsHas participated in programs with large SAP rollout scopeExperience in Agile methodologyGood e2e Banking expertise is a big advantageCertificates in SAFe If this outstanding opportunity sounds interesting for you, do not hesitate to contact me for more details or send me your CV.Sthree Switzerland is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
