A world-renowned and established company based in the South Cambridgeshire area is looking for a MMIC Engineer with strong experience in GaAs to join their team. As a MMIC Engineer you will have a number of core responsibilities that include;GaAs MMIC design up to 30GHzLayoutRF characterisation and validationFull MMIC development through to final productionTo be considered for the MMIC Engineer vacancy you must have prior industry experience in GaAs MMIC design, be comfortable in the RF test, characterisation, and validation of MMIC's, complete understanding surrounding Smith charts and s-parameter measurements, and preferably some experience with load-pull characterisation.
