3rd Line Support Engineer - DV Cleared

A 3rd line Support Engineer is required for a client based in Bracknell.

Providing varied and complex technical support activities as part of service delivery provision and/or projects deployment, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance.

Candidates will need varied experience and knowledge to provide technical support across a range of systems.

Skills include:

Veritas or Microsoft Clustering

Veritas Netbackup

Scripting

Microsoft Exchange Server 2003

Antivirus

Storage - EMC, SAN, Veritas Technologies

Advanced IP Networking

Databases including MS Access, MS SQL and Oracle

Microsoft Office Applications

Desktop, Laptop and Peripheral Hardware

Printing Technologies

Thin Client Technologies (Citrix)

VMWare

The initial contract will run to the end of March and will be based on site.
