As a SAP Delivery Manager, on a daily basis you will work strategically to bring our client's customers closer. Liaise with customers to gain a better understating of their needs, striving towards increased customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesRegular communication with key customers, acting as an escalation point if required;Provide a high-level overview of deliveries to your customer base focusing on on-time & quality;Coordinate resources and give input to resource planning;Monitor and approve commercial hours for your customers;Track and follow-up deliveries to ensure they are delivered on time, in budget and to a high quality to ensure a good customer experience;Build trust and become an advisor to your customer base;Advise and create future roadmap together with customers; andBring innovation to customer business processes and SAP / Hybris solution landscape.Essential CriteriaExtensive and broad SAP knowledge e.g. logistics, retail, manufacturing and finance;Demonstrated experience working on SAP ECC or R/3;Demonstrated experience working on proposals / bid management;Experience building and maintaining client relationships; andScandinavian fluency.Desirable CriteriaExperience working on SAP S / 4HANA advantageous but not essential;Experience from an Application Consulting background; andExperience from a Project Management background or knowledge and understanding of Project Management principals.Our client has experienced considerable growth over the past two / three years, there many career development opportunities on offer within this large organisation.
