Full Stack Engineer / Senior Software Engineer (Node React) *Remote Interview WfH*. Are you a hands-on Full Stack Engineer seeking a role where you can make a real impact as a key part of an early stage technology start-up?

As a Full Stack Engineer you will join a small team to design and develop new features on the core platform - a software product that enables businesses to streamline their internal processes leading to cost savings and increased efficiency. You'll be working with a great deal of autonomy on high priority projects where you'll quickly see the impact of your efforts. The platform has built with Node backend and React on the client side, you'll be influential in tech discussions and choices going forward and will be able to help recruit the team around you progressing to a leadership role in time if desired.

You'll initially go through a remote interview and onboarding process and will be able to work from home for the foreseeable future but with plans to go back to the London office in due course (with some continued flexibility).

Requirements:

You have experience working in start-up tech environments or are very keen to do so, have an entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen

You're experienced across the full technology stack ideally with Node backend (also consider Java or Python) and JavaScript, React on the frontend

You have ambitions to become a team / technical lead and are constantly learning and challenging yourself

You're likely to be an active member of tech meet-ups and attend industry conferences, keep up to date with the latest innovations and methodologies

As a Full Stack Engineer / Senior Software Engineer you will earn a competitive salary (to £65k) plus potentially very valuable equity.
