This leading developer of Industrial IoT software is seeking to strengthen their software development team in Utrecht. They now seek an Embedded Software Lead to mentor a team of very high calibre Software Engineers producing Linux and FreeRTOS based softeware in C and C++. The Embedded Software Lead will be responsible for embedded software development under FreeRTOS and Linux, bare metal level software development, supporting other team members, evaluating software requirements and architectural planning. The Embedded Software Lead will also be responsible for mentoring more junior Engineers and for working closely with customer development teams You will have extensive hands on high performance embedded software development skills gained in Industrial IoT development projects. You will have solid hands on C/C++ programming skills gained with a variety of microcontroller platforms and under FreeRTOS and embedded Linux. Any exposure to wireless standards or audio streaming is a benefit but a real passion for emerging IoT technology is most important.
