IT Helpdesk - 1st line - Technical Support - Service Desk A fantastic opportunity has arisen in Liverpool for a Helpdesk Analyst / Service Support Analyst to join our client on a permanent basis. You will provide mainly first line technical support over the phone to internal staff via the IT Service Desk, resolving reported incidents and services request (usually straightforward technical issues) escalating to the appropriate IT resolver group (including third-party suppliers) when needed, ensuring all calls are logged and dealt within the agreed SLA'sThe successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and previous experience operating in a helpdesk environment. ITIL qualification is not a must but would be advantageous.
