They require a 3rd line/infrastructure support engineer to work within SLAs, build & maintain relationships with customers, maintenance and administration of customers networks and desktop & server support. You will need experience in all of these ideally, with technologies such as Windows Server, VMware, Office 365, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP and any experience with Citrix would be desirable but not essential.
