The RoleAs the great Application Project Manager that you are you will lead business change projects, covering all aspects such as business processes, business data, supporting application/system, organisation alignment, enabling IT-Infrastructure requirements). Your focus will be in Forecast to Stock, with a focus on production execution, MUV (Materials Used Variances) and inventory management processes. You will also work closely together with the business program & project managers and the overall MUV (Materials Used Variances) improvement program.Your responsibilities will include:Contributing to the business/IM governance defining the IM-Applications master-plan ("Project Portfolio Management").Designing the application architecture for the specific business process domain.Driving and leading the planning, coordination and implementation of Information Management (IM) projects to ensure the successful completion.Defining the objectives of the project (benefits), project scope, timelines, effort/cost, and resource requirements. Managing the delivery of full life-cycle implementation of projects. Supervising up to 20 FTE on projects, typically leading the "functional workstream" on large business change projects. You will also act as the "people manager" in the BC (IM-IT) organisationKeeping up to speed with "best-practice" evolution in the respective functional / business process area.Manage the relationship with external vendors/service providers for her/his specific projects.Bringing in continuous improvement in the area of expertise. YOUWe already know that you are the one since you have the following experience:Very experienced in delivering application-based business change.Experienced in Project Management, Business Governance & Leadership.Proficient in business applications (SAP, MES Wonderware, Google).Experienced with implementation of Inventory Management and Production Execution solutions (SAP PP-PI and/or MES solutions and/or Labelling / Scanning solutions).Flexible in terms of overtime and (international) travel (between 10% & 30% travel).Also, you have an amazing:Educational background as a Master degree in Commercial Engineering, Applied Economic Sciences or Information Technology.Fluency in English and as a plus fluency in French or Dutch.
