Quantitative Developer London to £120k

Quantitative Developer (Python C++ Data). Are you a technologist Quantitative Developer with strong Python and C++ coding skills? You could be joining a hugely profitable, technology driven, eTrading company, working on complex, challenging systems and earning significant bonuses.

As a Quantitative Developer you'll collaborate with traders and other engineers to optimise the pricing infrastructure, improve trading tools, extend trading strategies and build cutting edge web based user interfaces. You'll be working on the world's lowest latency execution systems and building tools to interrogate multi-terabyte data sets.

Driven by technology the company is able to offer a remote interview / onboarding process and work from home during the current social distancing measures with a gradual return to the plush, City based offices in due course with some continued flexibility going forward.

Requirements:

You have experience of working in a buy-side environment (i.e. for a market maker, proprietary trading firm or hedge fund)

You have expertise with Python and C++ in a production environment

You have experience of working with large data sets and Python libraries e.g. SciPy, NumPy, PyTorch, Pandas, Pickle, HD5, Feather

You have a thorough understanding of programming fundamentals such as OOP, Data Structures and Algorithm Design

You have experience with automated testing frameworks e.g. NUnit, Selenium, mocking frameworks)

You're collaborative with good communication skills, keen to learn, quick to pick up new technologies and techniques and share knowledge
