Cyber Security & Support Engineer - Financial ServicesInfrastructure & Cloud - South London - Up to £43K An global investment company are growing their workforce to help prevent, detect and manage their security/cyber threats. They require a Cyber Security & IT Support Engineer to work alongside their Systems Support Team who is enthusiastic about Cyber Security, and understands the risks associated with cloud technologies. The role will give you the opportunity to get more involved in Cyber Security along with lots of training and career progression opportunities within this growing sector.You will have day to day responsibility for the IT Security for both on premise and Azure Infrastructure. The requirement for this role is not to be full time on Security but to be split between IT Support (60%) and Security (40%). Someone from a support background with a good working knowledge of various security technologies such as network and application firewalls would be ideal.Essential skills:Good knowledge of Cloud technologies and migrations (O365 / Azure)Experienced in 3rd line supportAzure infrastructureHyper-V / VMware, Networking, Security and VPNAn understanding of Cyber SecurityNot essential but nice to have:NIST Framework knowledgeISO 27001 Certification They are offering a salary of up to £43k based on experience with unprecedented training and development opportunities.
