Junior Estimator

Weston-Super-Mare

£20,000-£25,000 + Holiday + Pension

On offer is the chance to work on a variety of projects and further your experience to become the go to Estimator for the company.This well-established organisation specialises in utility and facilities services for a wide range of contracts across the UK. Highly regarded in their specific industry they are now looking for a Junior Estimator to join their growing team and assist with achieving their long term plans. The day to day responsibilities for this role will be to work off technical drawings and produce estimates, tenders and proposals for customers. The successful candidate will be provided industry training and become an expert in their role. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable company, where you can work independently on your own projects THE ROLE:

*Commercial & domestic building estimating

*Producing estimates and tenders for a variety of projects

*Dealing with clients as required

THE PERSON:

*Background in Building Services, M&E, Construction or HVAC or similar sectors

*Knowledge of estimating advantageous

*Able to read technical drawings .
