This company is an established and forward-thinking IT support and managed service provider. They have a high staff and client retention and provide support to SMB's across the central belt of Scotland. If you are passionate about IT and keen to bring new technology and services to ensure their clients are looked after, they would like you to get in touch.

They try to be a one stop shop for their clients wherever possible. They pride themselves on their relationships with their customers and the quality of the service that they provide.

Part of a busy well-established team that provides support to a wide range of clients situated throughout Scotland. The role is to provide desktop/server/printer/broadband, Microsoft 365, and VOIP support to their existing client base. You will also be expected to seek out opportunities quote/purchase new hardware/services. You should have excellent communication skills and telephone manner. They expect you to have:

- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role

- Up-to-date knowledge of Technology

- Good problem-solving skills

- An ability to think outside the box to solve client issues.

Essential Skills

- Experience in a fast-paced support environment

- A good understanding of networks, protocols and internet technologies

- Proven technical skills/knowledge around end-user devices, software, printers, servers, storage, network and voice

- Experience with Managing Microsoft 365 (particularly SharePoint online)

- Experience of using PowerShell with Office 365 specifically

- Knowledge across the full spectrum of IT, from LAN/WAN networks through to router & telephony

- Adaptable software problem solving skill

- 1st line remote support experience

- Full UK clean driving license

Due to expansion, they are currently looking for a new office. They are in negotiations with some commercial spaces but are trying to retain premises in and around Livingston.

Their main office is in Livingston and this position will be initially based on you working from home and carrying out client visits as needed. Company vehicles are available but own transport would be of benefit.
