 Technical Architect/ Solution Architect JD : Should be 9+ Years of experience. Minimum 3 years architecture experience in leading projects from an architecture perspective and following a process that leads to the customer’s desired outcome. Creating solution design documents and artefacts. Provide technical guidance in technical design and development activities. Align the business strategy with the technical strategy across product teams. Work with the development team to provide architectural guidance for web and mobile based products and services and ensure that it is aligned with the broader technology strategy. Lead behavioural change within your team, allowing failure, encouraging ownership, facilitating collaboration and shaping the team. To coach & mentor your software engineers, encouraging best practices, standards and continuous improvement of practices & processes. Track and reduce architectural and technical debt for your products and services. Hands-on experience of software development in React, Django, Python, Elastic Search & TensorFlow/ Keras. Strong executive presence and both written and verbal communication skills. Prefer only short notice period.
