Java Developer / Software Engineer (Java 11 CI/CD) *Remote Interview WFH*. Would you like to work for a supportive, employee focussed tech company, continually learn and progress your career? You could be joining a global FinTech.

As a Java Developer you will design and develop multi-asset trading platforms, connectivity and execution management services working across the full development lifecycle with exposure to the full stack. You'll work fairly autonomously on complex and challenging systems with support to deepen your knowledge of financial instruments.

They're currently using Java 8 with imminent plans to move to Java 11; other technology in the stack includes Docker, ElasticSearch and CI/CD with most systems being built with proprietary technology, you'll also gain exposure to client side technologies.

Driven by technology this company can offer a fully remote interview and onboarding process as well as work from home for the foreseeable; preliminary plans to get back to the office in Central London from Spring 2021 with continued flexibility moving forward. You'll still get to know your colleagues (based in London, New York and Montreal) with regular catch-ups, quizzes and tech talks.

 

Requirements:

You have core Java development experience including multi-threading; they're moving from Java 8 to Java 11 in the near future

Ideally you will have some experience with financial trading systems

You're collaborative and enthusiastic, keen to learn and develop your skillset

Degree educated, Computer Science or similar discipline
