Are you a Technical Support Engineer form a security systems background looking to be seen as a technical expert as you lead team of technical support engineers for an industry leading company?On offer is the chance to play a key role in this global market leaders technical team as you head up the technical support team to ensure the company high standards are met.The company themselves design, manufacture and install a range of innovative security solutions and due to ongoing success and market domination they are looking to add a technical support lead to ensure their high standards are met.This position would suit a Technical Support Engineer with management experience looing to play a key role with the potential to progress their career further.The Role:* Manage a team of customer support engineers in the physical security domain

* Handle support calls, emails, or any other communication means in an efficient and professional way

* Perform technical meetings with installers

* Set service level KPIs of the activity of the technical department, monitor and report regularly against the KPI's.

* Initiate changes or corrective actions regarding products, customer training and processes

* Participate with the team on handling support issues including Hands OnThe Person:* Technical Support Engineer

* Management experience
