Quality Systems ManagerI am currently working with an exciting Pharmaceutical company in the Central Belt of Scotland who are looking for a Quality Systems Manager. As Quality Systems Manager, your purpose will be to drive change in the quality system towards the introduction of simpler, more flexible, more effective and more efficient mechanisms of operation, ensuring that all regulatory and company requirements for cGMP quality standards are met.Responsibilities:Management of quality systems personnelWork with the Quality Assurance Manager to manage the electronic quality management systemMaintain and continually improve the quality management systems to ensure full compliance with the UK and EU regulations.Ensure risk management procedures are in place and risk assessments are performed across all aspects of GMP activitiesEnsure systems are in place and are followed for the reporting and investigation of quality related incidents, defective products or adverse events, these systems will identify the root cause of such incidents and generate strategies for preventative actionsEnsure that equipment and processes used in the manufacture, storage and distribution of products are subject to effective validation and that documentation used in validations are approved.Manage the internal and external audit programmeRequirements:Degree in a relevant life science or equivalent qualificationSignificant experience in a similar role within GMPPrevious supervisory or management experience is essentialExperience in successful management of quality management systemsExperience in using Q-Pulse electronic management system would be highly desirableGood understanding and knowledge of GMP cleanrooms operating at grade A/B level is desirableIf this Quality Systems Manager position looks like it could be the next step in your career, please get in touch ASAP!
