Competition Project Support (SC CLEARED)CorshamContract until May 2021Pay: Competitive Candidates must hold valid SC Clearance We are looking to expand the Project Team to enable the delivery of the next generation of Tactical Communication and Information Systems. BATCIS (Battlefield and Tactical Communications & Information Systems) is responsible for the development, fielding and sustainment of a range of tactical CIS equipment and systems used in the joint Land Environment. The BATCIS portfolio includes communications system itself, the application set the Common Battlefield Applications Toolset (ComBAT), and the Information systems. The TRINITY Programme is part of the wider Land Environment Tactical Communications and Information Systems (LE TacCIS) Programme. The primary aim of TRINITY is to provide a deployable Wide Area Network (WAN) with significantly increased bandwidth and information mobility compared to current systems, thereby increasing the effectiveness of information sharing in the deployed environment. TRINITY has often been referred to as Broadband in the Battlespace. Day to Day ActivitiesCo-ordinate and log DPQQ clarification question responses and provide them to the Competition Lead and Commercial for approval and issue.Organise DPQQ evaluations and a moderation sessionCo-ordinate and log ITN clarification responses and provide them to Competition Lead and Commercial for approval and issueOrganise an ITN bidder briefing supporting the Competition Lead with creating the contentOrganise ITN Negotiations, ensuring participant availability, booking rooms, arranging access to the siteCapturing formal records of negotiationsOrganising the ITN Evaluations and moderation session(s)Supporting the Competition Lead, Commercial and Stakeholder Manager with interactions with bidders and the internal negotiation team RequirementsSC clearanceClear and accurate written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisation skills with a keen attention to detailGood working knowledge of Microsoft OfficePerformance driven and customer focusedStrong interpersonal skills and ability to create a rapport with bidders and authority personnel.Able to perform under pressure and work to tight deadlinesExperience of working with external suppliesPositive, cheerful and committed team playerCreative thinking skills with an ability to innovateExperience of stakeholder engagement / media and public relationsProject Management experienceProcurement experienceKnowledge of Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations (DSPCR) 2011.Experience of working with both Industry and MOD organisations in project delivery.Experience and Knowledge of the MOD Acquisition System Operating Model.Experience of Operating within Defence Digital Security Environment.
