Application Support Analyst- Insurance

£300 - £350 per day

Client is a leading Lloyds Insurer based in the City of London, is actively looking for an Application Support Analyst to join them on a contract basis (6 months with view to extend). The selected individual will be responsible for the vendor & systems management for applications across compliance.

Responsibilities:

* Managing upgrades across compliance applications

* Troubleshooting, User Support & Access Management

* Eliminate errors within the process flows

* Define requirements

* Work with the development & infrastructure teams on integration

* Procedure documentation

* Producing User Guides

Key Skills:

* A proven track record in Application Support, preferably within compliance

* Experience working with Development & Infrastructure teams

* Experience in troubleshooting, UAM & Support

* Strong stakeholder & third-party vendor management experience

This role is offered on a 6-month basis; likelihood for extension is strong. It will be WFH based for the foreseeable future, with the organisations office being based in The City of London.
